Refund Policy

For return a product or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be in new and unused condition.

We offer refunds or exchanges only if the product is damaged. and not as per your oder.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and provide a video of the defective or damaged product. Once verified, we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. To complete an exchange, simply place a new order for the item you desire. Please contact us with your order number, and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive the returned order, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still haven't received your refund, feel free to contact us at Aizanamna@gmail.com

INVALID REASONS:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Aiza N Amna Clothing Store. The buyer should ensure they want to purchase the items before placing an order, not after. Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. The buyer should be confident that they are ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
